Help Me Grow Oregon is a free and confidential resource line for families, health providers, and community service providers offering connection to local services, and information on developmental promotion and learning activities that support healthy growth for children, ages 0-5.
A free, voluntary home visiting program offering support and education to families who are expecting or parenting newborns.
Provides high quality, culturally relevant preschool opportunities to children ages 3 and 4. To qualify families must live at, or below, 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Family Resource Coordinators
Family Resource Coordinators (FRC) provide support and assistance to help families with children (ages 0-6) in Clackamas County. FRCs focus on assuring families have the supports they need for early childhood success and kindergarten readiness. FRCs help identify services that meet the immediate needs of the family and connect families with supports to match those needs. The primary focus of FRCs is to connect families with resources including food, clothing, energy assistance, early childhood services and screening, establishing a medical home, Kindergarten readiness, parenting education and more.
BabyLink connects expecting families and families with young children to the services and information they need to make sure their children grow up healthy, strong, and happy.
